Privacy Policy
This policy explains how alchemypuzzle.com ("we") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you play Alchemy Puzzle (the "Game").
01Data We Collect
- Account data: when you sign in with Google we receive your email address and Google account identifier to identify your account. We never receive your Google password.
- Game data: workshop name, progress, Virtual Item holdings, crafting and trading history, and text you enter in the Game (namings, prophecies).
- Payment data: payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not receive or store your card number; we keep only order identifiers, items, amounts, and payment status for delivery and reconciliation.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, error and access logs, used for security and debugging.
02Purposes
- Providing and maintaining the Game (contract).
- Processing purchases, delivering Virtual Items, handling refunds and chargebacks (contract and legal obligation).
- Preventing cheating, abuse, and fraud (legitimate interests).
- Statutory retention (e.g. tax records of transactions).
03Cookies
The Game uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and, with your permission, advertising cookies from Google Ads and Meta to measure ad performance. Ad tracking records page views, registrations, the first successful creation, and purchases. You can reject or withdraw permission in Cookie settings; this does not prevent you from playing.
04Third-Party Services
- Cloudflare: hosting and data storage.
- Google: sign-in (Google Sign-In).
- Lemon Squeezy: payment processing (Merchant of Record); its handling of your payment data is governed by its privacy policy.
- AI providers (e.g. OpenAI): generating creation names and descriptions. Only game material text (such as material names) is sent, never your personal data.
05Retention and Deletion
- Account data is kept for as long as your account exists.
- You may request account deletion by contacting us; transaction records are still retained as required by tax and accounting law.
- Creation names and descriptions you triggered in the Canon are shared game content and are not removed on account deletion, but are unlinked from your identity.
- Long-inactive guest accounts may be purged.
06International Transfers
Our cloud providers (Cloudflare and others) may store data outside your region. We require them to maintain an adequate level of data protection.
07Your Rights
Under applicable law (such as the GDPR) you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or restriction of or objection to certain processing. Email alchemypuzzle@gmail.com; we will respond within a reasonable time.
08Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13. If we learn that we collected a child's data without guardian consent, we will delete it promptly.
