I ran out of mana

Check the recovery timer beside your mana, wait for it to refill, or use a Mana Potion you own. See Resources for potions and coins.

I can see a material, but cannot use it for alchemy

Make sure it is in your “Materials Bag,” not the Materials Storage or only listed in the Codex. Check its location in the Warehouse and move it back to your bag if needed. See Materials and trading.

My bag is full. What should I do?

Move materials you are not using into Materials Storage, then check its capacity and your full-storage handling setting. Materials assigned to a deck must first be removed from the deck before they can be moved out of your bag.

I have plenty of creations. Why can’t I battle?

Make sure your Google account is linked. Then check that you selected all 10 cards, with 2 of each element, that every card is in your bag, and that you saved your deck. See Your first card battle.

Why can’t I attack that piece?

Check that it is your turn, that you selected one of your revealed pieces, and that the target is in range. A normal attack cannot target a revealed opponent whose element beats yours. See Element matchups.

Why did my outfit disappear?

Guests can only try on items; link a Google account to save your look. After choosing an item, press “Save” and wait for “Saved.” If saving fails, read the on-screen message and try again before leaving. See Dress-up.

Is my first discovery the same as a world-first discovery?

No. Your first discovery is the first time you obtain a creation. A world-first discovery is the first time anyone in the realm makes it, and the Codex records who did it. See Alchemy and discoveries.

Why is my progress different after switching realms?

Each realm has its own character progress and Codex. Switching realms changes more than the interface language. Return to your original realm to continue that progress.

How do I continue on another device?

On your original device, link your guest workshop to a Google account. Then sign in with that same account and choose the same realm on the other device. If you only use a guest account, clearing browser data may leave you unable to return to that workshop.
